If I got Benoit correctly, with smbldap-tools it is just a matter of a good pre-configuration. Everything should be possible with squeeze packages... But I am not sure.
Ping@Benoit... Could you give a brief overview how to configure Samba+GOsa+smbldap-tools??? Does smbldap-tools need patches etc.? Anything about a potential setup that needs non-squeeze software???
