Bug#629626: gosa should also lock the homedir of a deleted user.

Package: gosa
Severity: normal

When a user is deletd in gosa, the homedir gets a new name, and
is set to owned by root:root. Gosa should also lock the newly named
homedir, using 0700 as permissions.

The homedir of the deletd user klaus currently looks like this:
drwxr-xr-x 5 root root 4096 8 juni 09:52 rm_20110608_klaus
It would be better securitywise if it looked like this:
drwx------ 5 root root 4096 8 juni 09:52 rm_20110608_klaus
