[Bug 1467] For thin client server, refer to network interface ports by name/number (using biosdevname)

Even before biosdevname is in the kernel, we can display what we know about the
network interfaces, like when you select network interface for netboot. This
can in some cases be helpful, e.g. when I know that I have inserted a 3com
network card and there is a Broadcom one on the motherboard.
