one can not centralize the file unfortunatly, since you can not tell
mozilla to connect to the sqlite in a read only fashion. if you replace
the database file with a symlink to somewhere else it replaces the symlink.

perhaps some comments to these bugs will make it a priority

for the time it seams disabeling the feature is the only option on
multiuser enviorment.
