hi,
testing squeeze netinstall-cd dating 31.12.2010, some thin client hardware
didn't work, e.g. intel network card. this is due to missing binary blobs that
were previosly contained in the linux kernel but have now gone into packages
firmware-linux-free and firmware-linux-nonfree. only package
linux-firmware-free is installed in the ltsp chroot (arch i386). please
consider to install linux-firmware-nonfree by default in the ltsp chroot.
putting linux-firmware-nonfree into
/usr/share/ltsp/plugins/ltsp-build-client/Debian-custom/032-edu-pkgs
(LATE_PACKAGES) should do it.
