It seems to be time to propagate the application i18n data provided by
I18n team[1] to the UDD (code is written since some monthes, just needs
some testing) and finally use this data on the Blends tasks pages to
enable answering questions like this.

However in the specific case of geogebra this would not show anything
because it is using a different translation layer than gettext.  The
source tarball contains a set of

   geogebra/properties/command_LANG.properties

files which contain the translations.  So I wonder whether this kind of
translation methods might be regarded in the application translation
parsing as well?  Nicolas?
