Specifically, other than debian-edu-config and fai-nfsroot (which the
maintainer said he would fix at a later date) and one missing build, the
isc-dhcp transition is ready to go.

The newly updated ntp package using the newer dhcp hook location already
migrated to testing, causing aptitude to decide to remove dhcp3 from
people's systems when ntp or ntpdate as upgraded on them - see #590210.

We'd therefore like to migrate isc-dhcp asap in order to avoid any
further such issues. Would doing so before you've uploaded the new
debian-edu-config package be okay?

Regards,

Adam
