That really depends on one's interpretation of the signs, I'll take it as a
good sign since apparently no one yelped for help on this controller :)

However, I seem to remember Jose recommending _PCI Express_ for Gigabit
Ethernet cards on servers, if I understand correctly the first (i82566) is
an onboard controller and the second (i82541(DM?)) is PCI 2.3 ??
