suite squeeze-test created

Hi,

for the development of squeeze I've created a new suite, squeeze-test, in our 
dak installation on a.skolelinux.no, IOW in our archive.

Uploads to unstable, squeeze-test and squeeze end up in squeeze-test and must 
go through NEW. (Uploads to lenny-test and lenny continue to go to 
lenny-test.)

http://ftp.skolelinux.org/skolelinux/squeeze_needs_love.html also has been set 
up.
