Hello, I`ve checked my suggestion (adding $uname_maxlen to /etc/lwat/config.php) and can confirm that its working for me, so it is just a matter of documenting it in /usr/share/doc/lwat/ and/or in the Skolelinux wiki how to increase the username length.
