[Bug 1422] New: Error messages after installation using edu-ltsp-skip-make-client

I installed main+ltsp server with lenny-test netinst CD rsynced today, booting
the installer with the argument edu-ltsp-skip-make-client.
I get the following error messages from Debconf after boot:

error: Package education-workstation is not installed in LTSP chroot
error: Missing /opt/ltsp/i386/etc/debian-edu/config
error: /etc/ldap/ssl/ldap-server-pubkey.pem differ inside and outside LTSP
error: /etc/iceweasel/profile/cert_override.txt differ inside and outside LTSP

As the chroot is not a diskless chroot, these error messages are wrong.
