I adjusted snakeoil-on-ice to make sure it create
/etc/iceweasel/profile/cert_override.txt with read access for everyone.

But if the user get a symlink to a file in /etc/ in its ~/.mozilla/ directory,
it do not make sense to copy the files into the users home directory.  The
cert files are copied to work on non-Debian Edu machines, and they will not
have
the file in /etc/.
