Actually, I am rather considering how to widen the range of possible 
translators. Translation is a good starting point for new contributors,
and for them using translation tools like kbabel is hard enough.

If we can tell them where to d/l and where to upload, the chance for a 
soon completion of translation will increase.

Hence, thanks for pointing to the svn web interface (that I had failed 
to remember as I usually use console svn).
