traffic shaping

Hi,

Debian-edu do not include firewall functionality, but since firewalls 
have been discussed in the past in this list, I would like to draw 
attention to a nice documentation on traffic shaping (i.e. 
down-prioritizing bittorrent) relatively simple using Shorewall, and 
arguments on why squid is insufficient for this kind of requirement:

I use Shorewall at several places, and today succeeded extending a 
multi-ISP setup with above traffic shaping at one of my networks.
