Of course. readahead-fedora has many more advantages and I treat any
sort of regression (compared to readahead-list) as a bug.

That's right. The files that require a newer dpkg are the
{early,later}-readahead init scripts (they are both generated from a
single file in the source package) and the daily cronjob.
There's no real reason to use s-s-d on the daily cronjob, as /usr is
already mounted, so I could simply make that change directly on the
package. Feel free to file a wish.
