instructions on how to make ones own APT repository for debian-installer.
I believe these preseeding values should be enough to select a different
repository for use by debian-installer to fetch udebs.
d-i mirror/protocol select http
d-i mirror/http/directory string /some/path
d-i mirror/http/hostname string ftp.skolelinux.org
