auto lo helps with the nfs-common hang, but the boot is still slow, taking ~3
minutes after kernel boot. Is nfs-common needed on LTSP clients anyway? Other
unneeded things also seem to be started, such as readahead, famd, rwhod.

I already fixed resolv.conf before testing.
