IF we are going to move, I would suggest moving away from 10.0.0.0,
and to some higher number like 10.9.8.0/22, to make it easier to
extend to /21 and bigger subnets without wanting to move the gateway
address.
I do not have complete list of the config files that need to change,
but at least dhcp, dns and squid would have to change. Probably the
PXE and LTSP installation config too.
