That's a trivial change in the dhcp config, just go to the intern
section and change the mask and 23 to 22 using phpldapadmin.

You can do it using lwat, you can use the same ip twice, but will have
to use a different hostname for each ip.

Obviously, these answers are for a Lenny installation, for previous
releases you've already got answers from Petter and Philipp.
