I couldn't find an image for Nov 16. I used the image from Nov 15, which is the
most recent at:
ftp://ftp.skolelinux.org/cd-lenny-test-dvd/debian-edu-amd64-i386-DVD-1.iso
I installed ltspserver, and it stopped for half an hour(though there were
little flashes of the HD light every few seconds). I pressed ctrl-c and it
resumed with installing grub.
