The blank screen is due to splash, disable it by removing the splash and quiet
options from /var/lib/tftpboot/ltsp/i386/pxelinux.cfg/default.
If this has no effect perhaps there's been a change in the boot configuration,
the file in use can be determined on the client from the messages during PXE
boot (try scroll lock or pause/break to hold the messages).

If I understand correctly the script now completes?
Would be useful to document progress on this issue there, especially towards
the gathering where hopfully some effort will be concentrated towards a
solution.
