ltsp-docs package

i uploaded an ltsp-docs package to the skolelinux repository, to get some
initial feedback and testing.

it contains the LTSP Administrator's Reference in pdf and html form, and a
manpage for lts.conf.

on the down side, it is geared towards more current versions of LTSP, so some
documented features are not present in lenny, though much of the content should
still be useful.

if someone would be able to sponsor an upload to Debian, that'd be great (it
will require NEW processing).
