[Bug 1371] installation of ltspserver stops, then dhcpd fails

I did another install with a different HD and a different eth1 NIC (same
machine, long story). Install didn't stop and I have a working ltspserver
(after changing dhcpd.conf)
Obviously I have no idea what's going on, but please feel free to close this
bug if its not interesting.
