Assumed fixed in (1.426~) svn 58199.
Removed from cf.squid groups that are now default in Debian:
'maximum_object_size 20480 KB' (cause of this bug),
'refresh_pattern (Release|Package(.gz)*)$ 0 20% 2880'.
