After installing packages (used a workaround for #1349 to get that far), the
/usr/lib/base-installer.d/10debian-edu-profile-udeb script goes into an
infinite loop. The installation screen was blue, and the script running in the
background for at least 10 minutes before I killed it. After that the
installation finished normally.

Profiles selected: main and ltsp server
Partition table (seems relevant because the 10debian-edu-profile-udeb script
looks for a LVM volume): sda1 (swap), sda2 (ext3 /).
