Unfortunately the disk images has been moved to a unknown place. Do anyone know where it's moved so the wiki can be updated?

There are live images at:
http://ftp.skolelinux.org/skolelinux/cd-archive/etch/the-last-dailes/cd-etch
-live/
With their md5sums.

The standalone is obviously:
http://ftp.skolelinux.org/skolelinux/cd-archive/etch/the-last-dailes/cd-etch
-live/edulive-Standalone-200709191545.iso

I don't know if and when these were tested.
Trial _before_ Demonstration.

Odd.

Indeed. you might be more inclined to use debian-live kde version[1]. you will be missing some education related applications, but it would give a desktop with kde.

Most of the benefit of skolelinux is not directly related to the dektop system anyway. It's hard to demo easy maintainance, and ltsp services from a live cd..
