stable-update-proposal: slbackup

Hi,

Ref item 9 on <URL:http://wiki.debian.org/DebianEdu/Meeting/20070813>,
here is a update proposal for the stable release.

I propose to update the version of slbackup in the stable
repository from 0.0.10-2 to 0.0.11-1~1.edu.etch.1

+New in v0.0.11 (2007/12/23)
+----------------------------
+
+ o Don't leave out things from config-file just because it looks like
+ a C-Comment (Closes Skolelinux bug #1002) (thanks to
+ Finn-Arne Johansen for fixing this!).
+ o Show the commandline to be run if running in verbose/debug mode
+ (thanks to Finn-Arne Johansen).

Additionally the debian version has quite some updated translations and fixes
minor errors in the wordings of the debconf templates.
