The cause for this bug is in the partman recipe files in
'debian-edu-profile-udeb' at '/lib/partman/eciepes*/*'.

All recipes carry the same header:
"debian-edu-install-udeb/text/partman-debian-edu-main ::" while each should
have an header appropriate to the corresponding debconf template. Example:
"debian-edu-install-udeb/text/partman-debian-edu-ltsp ::" in
'/lib/partman/eciepes/94edultsp'.

While looking at the code I also noticed that '~/recipes*/97minimal' have no
corresponding template and that 'Template:
debian-edu-install-udeb/text/partman-debian-edu-main+ltsp+ws' has no
corresponding recipes.

Other considerations regarding templates:
1) As these templates are not localized it may be reasonable to either localize
them or use '<simple name>::=<name>_:' in the recipes headers and drop the
templates.
2) If using templates consider moving them to the same package as the recipes
namely: 'debian-edu-profile-udeb'.
