I have no strong opinion about the version number or name, but I think
4.5r0 luna should be ok.

About releasing r0 with Debian is a thing we should try. If we explain
that we plan to release r1 dot-release and that r0 has some problems
left in the release announcement, the users should be able to decide if
they want to wait for the r1.

Please all write your opinion here *NOW*. If we don't upload anytime
soon we may end with a version in Lenny with which we can't release a r0
as in "no packages modified that are in Debian".
