debian-edu-install partman recipe changes when building the package?!

Hi,

after committing r41996 (just a changelog change) my debian-edu-install 
directory was like in svn. After running "debuild" there is the following 
change:

I wonder why...

Committing the change now and uploading (to lenny-test only) the package with 
this change...
