Hi Nils, thanks for your bugreport, but please dont mix issues in one report, 
rather open two. (Like for adept and the issues in the norwegian translation.)

Those translation problems are best directly reported to specific package in 
the debian bug tracking system, here http://bugs.debian.org/synaptic.

As you have also filed #1302 about issues with adept, I'm closing this 
bugreport.
