Bug#463838: education-astronomy: /etc/cdd/education should be created manually

Package: education-astronomy
Version: 0.824
Followup-For: Bug #463838

After cdd-common was installed and 'sudo aptitude reinstall education-astronomy' invoked:

Selecting previously deselected package education-astronomy.
Preparing to replace education-astronomy 0.824 (using
.../education-astronomy_0.824_i386.deb) ...
Unpacking replacement education-astronomy ...
/etc/cdd/cdd.conf: line 14: /usr/share/cdd/cdd-utils: No such file or
directory
dpkg: warning - old post-removal script returned error exit status 1
dpkg - trying script from the new package instead ...
/etc/cdd/cdd.conf: line 14: /usr/share/cdd/cdd-utils: No such file or
directory
dpkg: error processing
/var/cache/apt/archives/education-astronomy_0.824_i386.deb (--unpack):
subprocess new post-removal script returned error exit status 1
/etc/cdd/cdd.conf: line 14: /usr/share/cdd/cdd-utils: No such file or
 directory

Then I created empty /etc/cdd/education and reinstall completed
successfully.
