eth1 is probably hardcoded with the mac-address of the laptop you 
cloned. Have a look at the 
file /etc/udev/rules.d/z25_persistent-net.rules and try to remove that 
from beeing cloned, you could also try to just remove it before cloning 
(that should work just fine).
