Bug#457664: debian-edu-artwork-usplash: Do not work with usplash 0.5.8

When installing debian-edu-artwork-usplash 0.0.24 and usplash 0.5.8
together and enable splash screen, no splash screen show up during
boot.

When testing to start usplash in the console using 'usplash > log
2>&1', the content of log is:

  usplash: No usable theme found for 1024x768
  screen init failed

I suspect this is because the usplash theme in
debian-edu-artwork-usplash is for usplash version 0.3, and need to be
updated to work with usplash version 0.5.
