Seams all package files from our local reposittory is empty.
http://ftp.skolelinux.org/skolelinux/dists/etch/local/binary-i386/

All network installs, and package upgrades. will fail.

* h01ger cant help. as said, white did the upgrade and didnt document what he
worked on. so i basically have no idea at which state we are, what needs to be
done, etc.
<h01ger> i've asked to document, to do it in a shared screen session, etc. -
didnt happen..
