Re: Re: authentication failure - now swedish dont work

Now it works :-) Thanks to all for your help

I didn’t get that one needed to change /etc/dchp3/dchp.conf on both tjener and ltsp server, only made changes to tjener :-(

Hej Ralf,

Tackar som frågar, jag mår alldeles utmärk och själv?

Welcome, Sweden, you might be the very one who puts the first Swedish
red dot onto our map of Skolelinux schools ;)

Thanks, but I cant help you right now :-) Don't work in a school but a know one school that uses debian-edu as main server so I will ask them :-) I Work for a non profit organization that collects used computers from government and companies and give away for free to schools and other non profit organizations. Our goal is to offer schools and non profit organizations a complete hardware and Gnu/Linux software solution for free.

We are now looking at Debian-edu and Edubuntu/Ubuntu trying to figure out what solution will best fit our needs.

To Holger:

So the installation was in swedish, but now the kdm login is in
english and
once you logged in, all of kde is in english too?

Yes, all in kde is becomes English. If changing to Swedish in kde controlcenter it will become Davvi samegiella (not Swedish).

Any ideas how to make Swedish work?

By the way.....

There’s a nice news article on http://www.idg.se/2.1085/1.135607 (in swedish) about the price Debian-edu won, congratulations to all you guys and girl helping out with Debian-edu :-)

Regards

Niklas
