[Bug 1258] installation fails on thin client server

Some more tips trying to find the definitive fix for this bug.
- In my tests, the workaround Petter did, works the installer does not fail but:
using expert mode I can see some "strange" entries in the list of tasks to do
after preparing the ltsp chroot. This is the list:

low
ok

false
Escoja el idioma / Choose language
Configurar la zona horaria
...
Construir el entorno restringido para LTSP
#####List ends before this line######
So,:
a) low, ok and false appear in the list and they shouldn't
b) english and spanish strins are mixed
At tty4 I can see:
INFO: Priority changed externally, setting main-menu default to medium (es_ES.UTF-8)
It seems that priority change is the ultimate reason for the bug.
