I do right click on the kde clock / Edit time and date / I check "automatically
set  date and time", Rome is selected ad area, europe.pool.ntp.org is selected
ad server.

When I press "apply" i receive the message:

Unable to contact time server: europe.pool.ntp.org

I'm connected and the server is on:
PING europe.pool.ntp.org (217.147.208.1) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from ns1.nexellent.net (217.147.208.1): icmp_seq=1 ttl=57 time=33.8 ms
64 bytes from ns1.nexellent.net (217.147.208.1): icmp_seq=2 ttl=57 time=33.9 ms
64 bytes from ns1.nexellent.net (217.147.208.1): icmp_seq=3 ttl=57 time=32.5 ms

The same happen with all the ather server.
