[Bug 102] Locales nb_NO and nn_NO have wrong/inconsistent date format

This is wrong. It should be 'Ma.', there should only be one space before the
'6.', and there should be a period after 'aug.'.

The same issue with the space and the missing period.

Missing period. And I'm not sure the 'kl.' is necessary (but it's OK to have it
