[Bug 102] Locales nb_NO and nn_NO have wrong/inconsistent date format

I tried to fix the date issue in the norwegian locales. The output from
showdates.sh is now:
showdates.sh nb_NO.UTF-8 nn_NO.UTF-8

Format '+%c'

Is this correct, or should something be changed?
