In the same moment this root shell command works:

ldappasswd -w pass4demo -xZSD uid=demo,ou=People,dc=skole,dc=skolelinux,dc=no
uid=demo,ou=People,dc=skole,dc=skolelinux,dc=no -s testme
Result: Success (0)
