After a long time I can confirm this fix. Why a long time? Because I ever
change the passwort of my user in the admins group after I create him.
After I change the passwort of the user in the admin group I also can not
create a new user. But this is a other Bug!
I will open a new Bug as soon as possible.
Steffen sorry for confusing you. But I ever changed the passwort because I can
not remember all the good passworts from lwat. :-)
