[Bug 1149] we want source DVD with the source of "our" packages

most of these packages are from the multiarch dvd. 
reason they are missing is that the source is generated from the etch-dvd, when
we have a multiatrch etch-dvd (not -test) we can generate the source from that
and hopefully that will be the end of it.
