updated translations for kde-i18n (3.5.5)

Hi,

I just committed a script which helps building an updated kde-i18n package for 
debian-edu etch (3.5.5), which includes the work of the bokmal and norsk 
translators.

If you want to update the transalations for other languages, this is possible 
now. Anyone interested?
