i'm not really sure, I want to keep this bug open:
1. this is an udev issue, udev creates the devices
2. a machine with two tape drives, should have NO /dev/tape or which of the two
should be /dev/tape?
Thinking about this, I'll close the bug. First, we dont dont want to divert to
much from debian. Second, especially not, if no good solution exist. So
closing.
