The courier syntax in 
/etc/courier/authldaprc 

have changed 

Old 
LDAP_SERVER ldap
LDAP_PORT   389

New 
LDAP_URI ldap://ldap

I fear that the syntax have changed on other side, because courier does not
realy connect with kmail (no passwd will be accepted).
