Have you login in lwat as Admin with root password from the instalation?

I have this problem if I create a new admin user with the group admin. And this
new user try to create accounts. lwat 0.14-0 from 
http://ftp.skolelinux.org/cd-etch-test-dvd/debian-edu-i386-DVD-1.iso
