It should be. If you enable javascript and use the download button on
the right side of the page, you should get a file that vlc can play.
When I did it, I got this URL. Not sure if it work for all, or
forever.

Yes, I know Flash and Google Video suck, but is still working with the
free flash community to make sure there is a free alternative to get
it to work. :)
