[Bug 1009] change apt/sources.list after installation for network usage

Maybe this could also be asked during install process / or postinstall.
A simple question like: "Do you have internet access" or "Do you like to 
install software from the interenet" would do. 

If somebody chooses to join popcon, he surely will have internet access ...
