One issue with installing it by default is that it require Internet connection
to work. Perhaps we should probe and see if we are able to connect using
http to popcon.skolelinux.org, and only enable it if we are?
I would like to ask this question during installation. Perhaps we should leave
it to those installing to judge if they have a working Internet connection or
not? If we choose this approach, all we need to do is to put the package on
the CD, and make sure we edit /etc/popularity-contest.conf with our URL
after the installation, if it exist.
